The slower your PC is the more laggy the move mode will be. It's a silly thing working in a stupid way. Move mode is not as smooth like in Fallout 4. Once the object is in the world you can talk to it to get a menu of options you can use. The lite version is easy, just get Tempered Skins for Males (SOS lite, part 1) from Nexus, then get part 2 from Lover's Lab.
